Prior to Smart IS International, he served in leadership roles at nationally recognized software and consulting organizations. Javad has worked with organizations of all sizes to enhance the value of IT investment by aligning IT strategy with a business vision. He has a proven track record of successful implementation of large and complex IT solutions and is experienced in IT and organizational change management, as well as, building and managing large and culturally diverse teams.   Javad loves traveling, water sports and being inspired by things around him.
